Join us at the Historic Stranahan House Museum on Saturday, February 15th, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM for a fun and educational Susan B. Anthony Day celebration. We’re partnering with the Museum of Science and Discovery, as their newest exhibit features PBS’s “Xavier Riddle and the Secret Museum.” Tickets are just $10 per child, and spots are limited, so reservations are required. Due to limited space, only one adult may accompany each child.
Kids will discover the inspiring stories of pioneers, suffragettes, and changemakers like Susan B. Anthony and Ivy Stranahan. Activities include a tour of Stranahan House, making butter like early Florida pioneers, ringing the historic ferry bell, and crafting your own suffragette sash. Feel free to pack a lunch and enjoy a scenic riverside picnic to complete the day after the event!
