Looking for a relaxing way to start your morning? Why not enjoy a mindfulness meditation session here at Stranahan House! Enjoy a 1 hour session led by the founder Coastal Yoga and Nutrition, Brynlee Kelmanson. One water bottle included with ticket purchase, please BYOM (bring your own yoga mat)! Public and street parking can be found nearby. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time to allow for parking and introductions. If you’ll be heading into the office after the session, changing areas will be provided.
