In Mitchell's Magical Day on the New River, Mitchell finds himself in the middle of more exciting adventures as he travels with his family down the river on the Water Taxi. Pop Pop's special binoculars take Mitchell all the way back to the 1800s where he meets Will Cooley at his coontie plantation, soldiers from the original Fort Lauderdale, the Barefoot Mailman, the Keeper of the House of Refuge on the beach and Edwin King, builder of the Stranahan House! |
